Founded in 2012 by Manish with over 25 years of experience,
Apt grew from a simple belief: good architecture should be everywhere, accessible, personal, and built on trust.

Our team has spent decades designing everything from homes and apartments to community spaces and large religious buildings. That range means we understand how to get the most out of any site, budget, or brief.

Our team brings together different perspectives and cultural backgrounds, speaking multiple languages including: English, Hindi, Gujarati and Mandarin. That diversity helps us design spaces that feel right for the people who use them.
